LAND & LOT CLEARING
Whether you're preparing a lot for new construction, clearing overgrowth for wildfire mitigation, or reclaiming an overgrown property, Climbers Tree Care handles land clearing projects of all sizes with the equipment and expertise to do it efficiently and safely. We work with builders, developers, and homeowners across Utah County to transform raw land and overgrown properties into buildable, usable sites, on schedule and without surprises.
WHEN YOU NEED LAND & LOT CLEARING
Land clearing is essential for many property projects:
- Preparing a lot for new home construction or development
- Clearing overgrown areas for landscaping or gardening
- Wildfire fuel mitigation in foothill and mountain properties
- Removing invasive species to restore native vegetation
- Creating defensible space around structures per fire codes
- Commercial lot preparation for business development
OUR CLEARING PROCESS
Site Survey
We walk the property, identify trees to keep vs. remove, mark utilities, and plan equipment access and staging areas.
Selective Clearing
Trees are removed strategically. We can clear everything or selectively remove only what's needed while preserving desirable trees.
Brush & Debris Processing
All brush is chipped on-site. Logs can be cut to firewood lengths, hauled away, or left for your use.
Stump Grinding & Grading
Stumps are ground below grade and the site is left clean, level, and ready for your next phase, whether that's construction, seeding, or landscaping.
OUR TEAM IN ACTION

WHAT AFFECTS PRICING
Every job is different. Here are the factors that influence your quote:

- Selective clearing vs. full clearing
- Stump grinding and grading requirements
- Access and terrain difficulty
- Debris hauling vs. on-site chipping
WHY HIRE A PRO
Land clearing involves heavy equipment, falling trees, underground utilities, and site-specific challenges that require professional planning and execution. A botched clearing job can damage utilities, destroy trees you wanted to keep, create drainage problems, and leave stumps and roots that complicate construction later. Our crew surveys every site before work begins, marking utilities, identifying trees to preserve, planning equipment access, and sequencing the work so the site is ready for whatever comes next. We also understand local regulations, including any environmental or grading permits that may apply to your project. Our insurance coverage protects you against the significant liability that comes with heavy equipment and falling timber on your property.
