Services

Estimates and Scheduling

All estimates provided are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change if site conditions differ upon arrival. Appointments are scheduled in good faith; however, we reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If an invoice remains unpaid, we reserve the right to pursue collections.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if equipment or crew has already been dispatched.

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to the work area. This includes securing pets, moving vehicles, and clearing any obstacles before our arrival. If access is not possible, we may reschedule the appointment and charge a trip fee.

Liability

Climbers Tree Care is fully insured. We take precautions to avoid damage to property, but you acknowledge that tree work carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable trees, hidden underground utilities, or pre-existing structural issues.
